HOW TO ENROLL

ONLINE REGISTRATION AND ENROLLMENT IS QUICK AND EASY!

We are now accepting enrollment and slots are filling fast! ENROLL ONLINE TODAY!

  1. DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE ENROLLMENT APPLICATION BELOW.

  2. CLICK REGISTER TAB AND COMPLETE SHORT INQUIRY FORM.

  3. CALL US TO INFORM THAT STEPS 1 & 2 ARE COMPLETE AND WHEN YOU WOULD LIKE TO BEGIN SERVICES.

  4. ONCE APPROVED, MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT.

  5. DROP OFF MUST BE NO EARLIER THAN 15 MINS PRIOR TO  START OF SESSION, AND PICK UP MUST BE NO LATER THAN 15 MINS PAST END OF SESSION, OR LATE FEES WILL APPLY. (Late fees will be provided within contract prior to drop-off.)


NOTE: This will not guarantee you a spot with our childcare. Enrollment is offered based on availability. We follow and abide by the Texas Department of Childcare Licensing Minimum Standards for Register Family Childcare. Fees may vary based on services requested. Drop-Ins are available, but must be registered first and approval must be granted giving 2-hr advanced notice before drop-off. To ensure the health and safety of our children, we have the right to deny or refuse to provide services to families who do not attend on a weekly basis in the event we have reached full capacity, sessions have already been scheduled and filled, or if child is sick or poses as a health concern to staff or other children.

About our Payment Policy & Schedule

  • Payments are due weekly and must be paid online or in person no later than Monday by 4:00 pm.

  • Non-payment will be denied services for the following week including the upcoming Saturday session.

  • Payments are due upon drop off for all drop off sessions. 

  • Payment arrangements are only available to parents that attend weekly sessions and additional fees may apply.

  • Late payments will incur a daily late fee rate of $25.00.

  • Credit or Debit card must be placed on account prior to registration.

  • No checks are accepted as form of payment.

  • Cash is acceptable.
